Storing Gluten Free Sugar Cookies

A note on flour blends:

While there are many more blends available now, and some may be great, you’ll notice that my approach to gluten-free is different than many. I actually don’t use gluten-free flour blends for my baking recipes. Rather, I utilize some of the most common gluten-free flours such as almond flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, coconut flour and oat flours to create delicious versions of some of my favorite recipes. My goal, and hands-down the most important element of any recipe, is that it is so delicious, so everyone, whether food intolerances or not, can enjoy them!
